A new complete tour management system we created for the shipping-tourist company GOLDEN ESCAPE – ADAG GROUP. It Excursion Management System (EMS Lite) works as “Client – Server” web application and enables the management company (through the appropriate environment) to market tour packages through a network of partner agents and hotels.
Admins are given the option to add the offered tour packages with the price corresponding to each. Admins also add partners and hotels and set up matches between tours, hotels and partners so that each partner sees only the packages they want and are allowed by admins to see.
Each representative can add customers and manage their details, and of course, can book specific tours for each customer, enter payments and track any outstanding balances.
Using a thermal printer (Jolimark TP820) the necessary information is printed on a voucher in the form of a ticket for customers.
